Sorry to hear about your knee .
As I have posted a few times about my experiences with it I thought I would just copy the threads for you. I've been on Cosamin a long time, but it seems to work for me with no side effects (that I'm aware of anyway)
I hope it's available where you live if you decide to try it. There are other brands but this is the one my pain doctor recommended and I really trust that guy
