I dunno, but it seems that as I get older, it's harder and harder to get all the 'bits' moving in the morning to get out of bed.
When I go to the Rheumy, his first question is "how long does it take you to get moving in the morning?" My reply is always "which part of me are we talking about?" I
do know that certain parts of me take longer than others. For example: I walk down the stairs one step at a time, my feet are turned out as my hips just won't work the way they are supposed to. My hands are swollen and red hot, and heaven forbid anyone who tries to hug me and ultimately move my neck before I've got the stupid thing lubricated (no.. not with coffee!

talkin' exercise!)
Does anyone have any good "how to get out of bed strategies?" I'd be real interested to hear what others do to get their bodies "moving" in the morning!
