Seriously I lay in bed and do little excercises, stretches before I even attempt to leave the bed. I have alot of trouble with my feet so I slowly move my feet like I'm applying a break and letting off it for a good ten minutes As for the rest of me I try and get out the best I can. Ditto with what Stacie said, the shower does wonders for me. Sometimes if my back and hips hurt extra my wife gets the ice pack out for me.
