I always set my alarm clock 45 min. to an hour before I really need to get up. When it goes off, I begin my morning calistinics. I toss and turn and thrash and generally loosen everything up before I really have to get up. Some mornings I feel loose enough in 15 minutes, some mornings it's 30, and other mornings it takes the whole hour. If it's cold, I often have to go ahead and get up to turn the heat in my bathroom up, but I always have the time to go back to bed and really loosen up before really having to get going.
