If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hello everyone: My wonderful 35 year old husband was just diagnosed with AS. We had never heard of the disease before. He has had chronic back problems for as long as I have known him and iritis four times in past 6 years but we did not know they were connected.
Five months ago the pain hit him worse than it ever has. The workmans comp. DR sent us to an orthopedic surgen, who prescribed complete bedrest. When that didn't work, he said there was nothing more he could do.
Frustrated and out of options we went to our own GP who quickly connected it all and ordered tests which came back positive. So I came to the internet to find more information. That's how I came across KICKAS. You are all wonderful and this site has been such a valuable source to us in our search for answers. I look forword to making many new friends here.
But, I still have a question. My husband has always done heavy labor jobs(He is a trashman). Our doctor says he won't be able to do it much longer. His disease is progressing very quickly. He has recommended a rehabilitation program to retrain him for something less demanding. Do you have ideas or suggestions?
