Maybe I can give another perspective here. Do you have something that you really believe in? If you truly believe in it, don't you want to share that information with others?
I think that sometimes when you believe in something so much, it
can sound like a sales pitch, especially if someone doesn't know you or what you have been through. When you have experienced beneficial results on a personal basis, and when you have compassion for the rest of humanity (especially a brotherhood/sisterhood of AS'ers) and when you believe whole heartedly that it would be of benefit to others, then it becomes very difficult to keep it to yourself.
Personally, I have to contain my enthusiasm every time I talk about radon therapy for fear of scaring people away. For those that know me however, they know that the outcome is nothing short of a miracle. Often times they are the ones that bring it up.
I seriously doubt that the Czechs would hire an American living in the UAE as a salesman, but hey, in this economy you never know.
