If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I reckon, seem to be common.....
chicken or egg situation sometimes you have AS etc and does the top gastro flare because of that or does the irritation from the gerd cause the spondy to go wild.
I'd get on top of it cause left to its own devices it can really spoil every night.
Normally you get a proton pump inhibitor from the Dr as opposed to a tum's or home remedy ( they over time make it worse ) I take somac...others nexium etc...although zantac over the counter here is also helpful. I do n;t continue taking htese for long after it's better, stomach acid serves purposes ie kill bugs in food and it can also affect the top of the stomach so...stop when you feel right.
John's advice on eating drinking and not lying down are important....irritants like coffeee etc becareful I used to find Indian food was a no no until fixed.
I left this for a while and ended really inflammed from the tonsils down and the back spasms that go with that are not nice..
