No, I am reffering to government aid I have now seen figures as high as 0.22% of gross national income however.
Have to admit that I'm lost in all your healthcare discussions. I remain resolved though, that no matter a person's income, work ethic etc..., universal healthcare is the right thing to do. It's health care for crying out loud. There are always some who do not do their best to maintain good health but it seems dangerous thinking to imply that we should not take care of them too. I disagree with a lot of Canada's spending of tax dollars but not when it comes to healthcare. In fact I wish it were extended to dental.
