Pain still in lower back knees and feet and hand and neck. Beyond this I often find that I just want to sleep and not care for the things I need to tend to. Could it be the seasonal change. Could it be "environmental"? Could the cymbalta not be working anymore? Could this just be another level of AS? Could it be fatigue from the chronicness of it all? Any one else experience this? Am I nuts? I just don't feel like doing much. Thanks, Lucy
