i know exactly what you mean. i feel that exact same way too. i'm on remicade and 2400 mg ibuprofen a day to help control the pain and it helps a lot but....
i believe everything just catches up with us: pain, fatigue and then my mind and body just doesn't want to do anything and takes a time out.
eventually it passes after resting a couple of days.
hope you feel back to your normal self soon.
