As everyone else said.... not at all. I bet everyone of us here has had moments like this. I know for me the end of daylight savings means that the shorter colder days are approaching, and that puts me on edge a little. I am a spring junkie....
Also, the having too many things to do is a big one, and some of that is the expectation of being able to keep up with things as you used to do. When I first got savaged by the spondy monster it was right before Christmas. I resolved that there was no point putting lots of pressure on myself to do the usual sending of cards and baking up a storm. It was more important for me to be able to relax and enjoy spending the time with family and friends than meet these expectations I put on myself, and it made such a big difference. But it was a concious decission that I had to make. Maybe if you make a list of things that are really important to you and concentrate on those. Explain the situation to other people, as much as you feel comfortable, so they understand if there are things that are going to affect them. Learn to say no....
And last but not least, be kind to yourself.....
