I live at a pretty low altitude right now. When I went to an altitude of 3000ish M this summer I was fine.. causing me to think that high altitiude is better for me than low??
in saying that I think a high humidity affects me alot! my hometown wasnt very humid but the city Im living in is.. and the more heat and humidity there is the worse I seem to feel.. in saying that I have different pains in winter too.. which is less humid.
