I don't do no starch, rather I'm restricted starch. Anyway, you could make bread using almond flour, but it would have to be cut with some other type of NSD friendly flour as it is far too moist on its own. Perhaps tapioca flour, or a bean flour if there's one that is suitable.
Just a thought.
By the way, I know of an awesome chocolate cake recipe that uses chick pea flour. Again, I'm not NSD, so don't iodine test anything and don't know if chick peas would be too starchy.
