Hey Tink!
I have trouble with almonds.Almond butter that I made myself with blanched almonds(no skins whatsoever) and olive oil and that was it flared me as bad as starch or dairy.I thought for sure that couldn't be the culprit until I did it a few times!It doesn't seem to bother others so much.
I stay away from them now.I put some blanched walnuts in my coconut flour cookies and seem to be ok with them!
