lacto fermented saurkraut
i was wondering what this is, ive hear people talking about saurkraut - is this an american term used for pickled vegetables?
im nearly off the drugs too ( a bit of herbal cough cough does the trick for me), only taking cholesterol tablets for 2 or 3 months (lipidil), then im drug free.
