not so much for the NSD/LSD, but rather when i first developed gastritis and certain foods were really bothering me and others were actually soothing, but i didn't know which was which cause i'd eat a meal of a bunch of things, and sometimes feel a lot better, and other times a lot worse.

so i started keeping a food / symptom diary and only by looking back on that did i know the things that were perfectly safe, and the things that were bad.

if that hadn't worked, then it would have had to have been similar to allergy elimination diets, where you eat only 2 or 3 foods you know you can eat, make sure you feel ok, and then slowly add in one thing at a time. this works well for allergies when you just don't know what the culprits are.

feel better, figuring out diet can be challenging for sure!
