Dried Cherries were causing lots of stomache noises in me. I did find that sugar (even fruit sugar) was sabotaging my nsd efforts. I bought low sugar juice (less than 10 grams per cup) and started eating lower sugar fruits, like prunes and berries (but not very many). Also switched to dark chocolate covered strawberries as an occasional indulgence. Before I was drinking lots of fresh orange juice, yumm! Tons of grapes, a little hard cheese. Not any more.

So sorry Seb, you are young and thin so I HOPE this is not the case with you. I have some extra pounds to lose so not a big deal with me. I DID have withdrawal from the fruit sugar same as starch though. I'm really good at being addicted to stuff that is bad for me!! smile smile smile

Well my diet is very boring so I will either die of AS complications or I'll die from dullness!!

I just found out my wrist and ribs are fused/fusing and that is scary freaking crap to me, so dull I will be if it means I can slow down the spondy monster!
