thanks erica! last night i definitely needed to hear those words of encouragement! after 12 hours here, i had to go home and grade for 4 more. this job definitely wears me out! but today i'm leaving around 4:30 pm to go to the chiros and then home, and no work tonight! well, not much anyway, a few emails maybe and putting together an equipment list for biochemistry. they told us yesterday that we have til tomorrow......gggrrrrrr mad they are so "bleeping" last minute around here.

anyway, knowing it was going to be a late night last night, went for a walk with a friend in the department to blow off some steam in the afternoon, a must after department meetings! 1.5 miles, 30 minutes.

i too can't do weights, always pulling something that way, but therabands, that i can mostly do, though my left ulnar wrist is getting a bit wonky again; certainly don't want to go back to typing one handed again.
