always a balance between doing enough but not too much, cause once the tendonitis develops, then that keeps us from using that joint, but you know this.

i used to just ice all the time. but found my home ultrasound machine gets rid of the tendonitis faster. that and my LDN make the healing process a lot better than it used to be.

i paced the halls of my building in between making up an exam today, not sure how much distance, need to pull out my pedometer on days like today.......at least i don't have to take the exam! but i will have to grade it, and another one this weekend.......way too much sitting coming up as well as too much hand use! but will try to get out and walk in between as much as possible. i miss being able to go for long walks every day. but at least i'm going every few days! always a challenge to balance work and life.
