Is it possible for you just to go to the ER and explain your situation and hopefully they will be human and sympathetic and give you some pain killers or a script for some.
I get so angry reading your post...how dare doctors leave you in the lurch like that! grrrrrrrrr. They are suppose to help no hinder!
Anyway James take care try and keep you chin up and may it bring some comfort to know others are thinking of you and sending healing thoughts your way.
