however, for me, very interesting: don't know if its the flector patch or the LDN but the butt spasms only lasted some of that day and i even sat at a friends house in the kitchen chatting away for about 5 hours on thanksgiving night. and yet the next day, the butt wasn't too bad. though it was just a little "tweak" as i shifted weight from one foot to the other, there's no way in the past it would have recovered that quickly. i'm also giving my chiro some of the credit because even on these two drugs, its never recovered like this before. i do think he's helping to change things back there. we'll see what he says this wednesday when i see him. smile
