MONDAY stats: Krav Womens Self defense I: 60 min
Been feeling really beat down the last few days. Si joints are acting up. AND hip. Havent had the si joints act up in awhile--toss in a stiff neck and I'm in alotta pain. sick1

Luckily tonights class was ALOT of stretching. Really seemed to help. Pain is still there but the stretches were quite helpful. rainbow
