i'll link that book when i get home, that will be a good place to start.

but mostly its a combo of yoga and/or PT exercises. for example, leg raises would count. lay on my back, raise my straight legs, very good for the tendons around the knees. lay on side, raise legs, good for hip flexor area. lay on front, lengthen legs, raise slightly, good for butt. more later.......

if not PT, maybe a yoga or pilates course? if yoga, nice gentle hatha yoga, none of that turbo yoga or anything, LOL! that's not really yoga anyway, yoga is supposed to be meditative, reflective, not competitive!
