I agree, sometimes this disease is more amusing that irritating, especially when exercising. yes

I have developed the weirdest flip turn at the end of the pool that you can imagine, because I can't push off too hard or it hurts my sacrum. So, imagine this. I flip, then sort of hover, then look down and place my feet, then slowly push off and start swimming. It must look like the swimming version of a wavey waddle to the other swimmers. laugh2
