I'm impressed that you're able to run with the insomnia. It just trashes me when I lose sleep.

Are you getting enough potassium? Of course you've probably already thought of this. When I ran, WAY back in the day, I took a homeopathic "cure" for twitchy legs called Calms Forte.

My legs have been behaving badly the last couple of days as well. Sorry your are so jumpy. frown

I try to eat a banana every day for potassium, and I take a multivitamin. I am not a big believer in vitamins, but it does seem to help with the twitchy legs. My wife had got a different brand of vitamins a few weeks ago. I switch back to the regular brand yesterday to see if that will help.
