good luck with the new doc. i'm finding this "medical resume" to be very helpful with new doctor visits. and last time, new rheumy, he caught something on there that i wouldn't have thought to discuss, something he thought important. its just a really quick way to get everything out there.

i do think a longer pool could add time, if turns take longer.
on the other hand, if pushing off adds some speed, then don't know.
either way, such an inspiration how you swim every day! smile
