when i was in college, winter of my freshman year, i had the bright idea to start my day with a swim, must have been a new years resolution or something. so there i was in the pool at 7 am, so i could make it on time for my 8 am class. that lasted til midterms! after that i got more sense and exercised at the end of my days!

i keep waking up around 6 am, while still in the recliner. i take my drugs including my muscle relaxant and go to bed! no one should be up at those hours!
