A couple of years ago I developed an anaphalactic response to NSAIDS, complete with swollen face and compromised breathing and heart problems.

And because of the ANA+ deal, I can't take any sulfa drugs for anything.

And... because my mom, all but one of her siblings have died of cancer - and two of my siblings have already had cancer, the MD's won't consider DMARDS...

I take Cymbalta for chronic pain, oxycodone for breakthrough pain, and cyclobenzaprine & clonezepam at night for spasms. I'm also on LDN therapy which has really helped with mobility and peripheral joint pain.

Really, I was just so frustrated when I woke up this AM. I'm better now. Off to the pool, then to see 5 little kids who think I am the most awesome great aunt in the world. yes
