I sound like a drug addict but seriously this week both hands were spasming into tight painful fists while I tried to fall asleep. Times like those I am greatful for the pharmaceutical industry!


My neurologist gave me an RX for a drug they use for Parkinson's, but in a lower dose. It does the job on my leg spasms, but now I depend on the drug to control the RLS. If I don't take it one night my legs are jumping all over the place.
