Most large grocery stores in my area have dry ice along with their regular wet ice. It's a 2nd stop for whoever is shipping for you, but probably wouldn't be a long and involved stop.

But like someone above mentioned, wouldn't dry ice be too cold for the med? If they can overnight it, cold packs would be better. Most cold packs that come with our lab's reagents last 2 days, packed within styrofoam.
