some of my muscles get sore. like my back after sleeping at night. or my calves when my plantar fasciitis kicks in. or my hamstrings are always very tight and a bit sore. and of course there is the spasming butt.

i think the muscles are tight to try to compensate for the inflamed tendons and ligaments (at the entheses).

i do know a muscle relaxant has helped a lot. i take zanaflex just before bed each night. and during the day sometimes as needed.
