glad i learned yoga right at the beginning of all of this. had to stop the class cause i kept pulling tendons and stuff, but learned pretty well how to do things correctly and more importantly what i could and could not do. then when i had all that PT over the years, many of the exercises i was given were very similar to many of the yoga poses. sometimes the yoga pose was better and sometimes the PT exercises were better, so i could mix and match. also easy to learn the PT exercises very quickly cause i essentially already knew them. and now the chiro has given me at home exercises, and those too are much like the yoga and PT exercises smile
