my knees are full of fluid. dreadful. no on the plus side art will be home next friday or sat from training. and i also signed up for phase b class in august. its a krav class 1x a week but a wee bit longer. the good thing is my partner is a young lady that tested out with my partner in km1. she's also a physical therapist and knows about AS as well! she's closer to my height and weight so it will work out great. we go for 10 wks and we can test out after 10 weeks of class! yahoo! my next goal! for now..my goal is to get my knees to cooperate again! eyes
