I have been in those huge flares, but thorugh the years, have slowly gotten back in shape. But after nearly 50 years of this crap, I have lots a lot. But the physical workout is good for us mentally.
I walked some huge hills at the lake. I have also walked at home every morning for 3o minutes.!!!
