steve: running with a bloody leg! now that's dedication! 1cup

erica: while the implant hurt as much as the extract, due to the tight space and thus lots of pressure until things moved around in there over the weekend and adjusted, must admit that the pain is much shorter lived. by sunday the pressure pain was nearly gone. the stitches fell out last night. and it is healing a lot faster than when they extracted all that bone and had to do the bone graft. still needs 4 months to heal before it is exposed and capped, but its already feeling so so much better. lots of pain for a few days, but very fast healing. smile

interestingly, my SI joint became more inflamed on saturday. and that became more painful than the dental work. and so haven't been able to take a walk for the last few days. but the chiro did some electrostim and soft tissue work to ease the muscle spasms, and feeling much better today.

tink: hope you are doing ok if you are reading this. heart

PS and had forgotten to add this earlier, even if stats are not being kept right now.....the mere existence of this thread gets me out there even on days that i don't feel so motivated to do it on my own, so thank you all for that hugss
..........off for a short walk before it gets dark...........
