one of these days......ok, i owe you photos, i'll post some here either thanksgiving or christmas break........will have to go find dow's instructions that he left me on this site.........

no real walks last few days, just running from here to there on campus, but its the weekend and i think supposed to be nice, so hoping for two good walks over the next two days.

plus, got my recumbent stationary bike in the mail this week. i prefer the ones with the seats below the level of the legs/feet, but i'll try this one first. plus this one was much cheaper and much more compact than the other kind. so i'll try it and report back. now, no matter what the weather or time of day or night, now i have no excuse......hmm? maybe i should have got it for my office at work!
