I'm sorry you have had a few attacks too. It does like to come back so it's wise to be wary. Sometimes it likes to stay.
Not to worry as long as you always catch it early.
I think you are quite right that stress is a factor - I have heard that from an iritis specialist twice! I have been rather more stressed lately with work, so figure that played a part in this sneak attack.
