ME TOO!!!! I made some almond hummus and I was all excited about it because it was starch free/raw, you know good for me, but I over did it too. This was just 3 weeks ago. Also, after all my reading on autoimmune diets over the past few years, a few of them say not to eat a lot of fats and oils even if they are natural, they say to limit it, there must be something to this . I think I read this at the mercola ra diet or the dr siegnalet diet, I cannot remember.

ps.. My almonds were raw, not roasted, and they were soaked overnight in water.??
Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year.
