I had done a 3 day coconut oil cleanse last week and was feeling great. broke the "fast" on wed with hard boiled eggs, and just ate some veggies and sesame tahini and was feeling great. then fri afternoon ate a whole bunch of almond butter and went into a huge flare. I bloated up like crazy and all the pain came back. now I'm working this week at cleansing again (sigh). I guess almonds can be a bit problematic and its important to know your threshold.
