Yesterday I walked to the supermarket and back - about a km each way.

It's Winter here so weather's not great, although not too cold today.

Sun cycled 8 miles with an eight mile walk up mountains in the middle. Some days you can almost forget you have AS and this was one of them (paid for it the following two though!)

Weds 4mile cycle (the there bit into a headwind) with a 5mile walk in the middle.

Fri 10 mile bike ride down a beautiful Glen.

Today 1 hour ride, yippee back in the saddle only able to do walking pace at the moment but was good blue skies warm and sunny smile

Yesterday I swam 21 laps and then about 50 sweaty stinky 13 year olds got in the pool from CMU football camp. ICK! I jumped out to fast!
