I apologize for ignoring you all these past few days. I wish I could say it's going to get better, but I have grandsons for 11 more days and I'M GOING TO SPEND EVERY AVAILABLE MOMENT WITH THEM!

Today at the pool the kids decided to teach me to dive. Alot of this went on.


But not by me. This is how I fared.


Okay, not really. But I am more sore than I remember being in a long time... so tomorrow maybe we will play board games and watch movies...
