I use super glue myself, with a dash of filler just to get rid of any gaps.
Suoer glue quite cheap, though perhaps not as reliable as medical cement but the price reduction is super (like the glue) and of course, if things go wrong, if the guarantee is carefully worded, then the customer usually doesn't have a leg to stand on..!
