I busted a move and hurt myself!!!!

while on our trip...I forgot to take one pill..so my body filled with fluid, my lungs and lower legs became like logs...I am waiting for the prescription to get filled.

Lin is going to start filling my pill boxes...
my son is moving today..so that will be my exercise.
