Joint pain- usually keeps me from lifting very much weight- but reps can do the same thing.

Doing what we can when we can seems to be our goal. Yet, I would do nothing without causing some pain.

Occasionally it is only 30 hours late that I realize I may have hurt myself when lifting...

Go team go- 1 hour a day, brisk walking.
