I cycle a short distance (2K) to the pool pretty much year round (remember,this is Canada).

Walking long distances and running are too hard on my spine I find.

I'm in the pool and on my bike a lot also. How did you come up with your deep water routine? Does it do the work of weight lifting? I can't hike or ruin anymore either and would love hearing more about your deep water exercise!
