Started out on my run this morning thinking I was only going to run 2 miles. Then I decided I could go 2.5 miles. Finished the run after 3 miles. I was going to cut the run short because I needed to get to work early. Still made it in a little early, but not as early as I wanted.

Yesterday I did a 5K walk fundraiser for Crohn's and Colitis. Then I hit the pool for my daily 45 minute resistance truing. Then I cycled 20K. I crashed at 5:00 pm.

Today I did the pool routine and cycled about 5K.

I've been running in the shallow end after my laps a bit to see if my spine/sacrum can take it and so far so good. My hubs is against me trying the ankle "weights" and belt, as I was injured last time I tried... but I'm going to see how the running works out.

As for me, I'm swimming 45 minutes every other day right now and playing with my littlest grandson in between.
