I'm pathetic tongue2

I walked "daily" for all of the first two days of the month!

I have been "walking" more than nothing, but not going out and taking a walk, rather, walking to and from lunch, etc.

But really, formal exercise, I need to get back on that horse bike.

It is getting warmer, slowly....and so I will go out more I'm sure. (30 or 40 degrees F seems warm after a month (feb) of near zero degrees. today its actually warm enough that its raining instead of snowing....that's a change...it hasn't rained since dec? nov?....its been awhile.

Too, going to a meeting soon, to a city where i'll need to do a lot of walking on concrete. Last time I went, before humira, could barely make it from the T to the convention center and then it was equally far (to the other end of the building, like ½-1 mile if I remember correctly....my feet were giving out, even on methylpred. but now I've got humira. though i think i may also take methylpred as my feet do ok on just humira, but i've had a wonky heel since september that i haven't been able to shake yet. maybe a round of methylpred (which i haven't taken since 08/13) will knock it out of me? methylpred used to fix other enthesitis problems back when i took it in the past. it'll only be a 6 day taper if i do take it. I'll ask the rheumy next week for advice when i see him.

anyway, keep on walking, riding, moving, and i'll join in more habitually soon....
