So, I've been doing NSD for 3 months now.
I have started playing football again and hitting the gym regularly. Doctors were strictly against running and any gym activities but I thought I should give it a try since I was so much into sports before getting diagnosed.
I've been feeling better since I started football and gym again. Won't let my AS control me. smile

Feels great to be back on the pitch again. smile

Welcome here Sarvesh! smile

So glad you're able to play and have fun again! cheerleader

Managed a lovely 9 mile walk up a moutain in the lakes two weeks ago. the weather was very windy but we made it to the top with a view before the clouds and rain descended. The long walk back to the start along a track into a raining headwind was character building. Can't say I had much energy or muscle strength but managed on muscle memory.

Also been up the hill a few times too. We have actually had a spell of good weather and managed some gardening and two barbecues too! Its gone cold again now though.

9 miles AND gardening! That's so cool! cheerleader

150 minutes is what we need each week to stay healthy Lon, and walking vaccuming kids will do that for sure! smile

Great job on the 5 mile run! cheerleader

So sorry about the fall and your injuries... frown

So far this month my Endomondo stats are:

3863 calories

I've been doing the weights circuit, recumbent bike, elliptical, and since there's a bingo game at the gym I'll be taking some classes over the next couple of months.
