Ooh you wouldn't catch me on a roof or on a ladder if I can help it. No head for heights.

Still been walking of and on, my knee has been giving me trouble!
Did plenty of cycling on our hols too and you may not call it exercise but getting in and out of a mountain tent for two weeks and a sleeping bag and having to kneel on painful knees was plenty of 'excercise' too. It did help as well I wasn't quite so laborious in getting in and out by the end.

I went swimming today for the first time in over a year: when I had tried to start swimming again and pulled muscles I didn't know existed. It was a big hurdle but now crossed I might even go back tomorrow. I was slow frown much slower than I used to be but I did feel myself improving the more I swam even though it was uncomfortable. Mind you I dont know what extra aches and pains will turn up when I wake up in the morning.

I love this time of year with the autumn colours which so far are still showing as we haven't had a strong wind to start blowing the leaves off the trees (I think one is due tomorrow though). I love the morning mists and inversions as we live halfway up a hill. We are often on the sun when the valley is in mist smile
