Has anyone tried tai chi? I ordered some DVDs from the library to see how I like it.

Anyway...

yes This week I developed a brilliant plan to motivate myself to move through depression - which is actually getting better every day.

I've been inviting people to come over and hang out in my yard while I paint the deck, railings, and foundation of the house. This accomplishes listening to someone else other than my own self-accosting inner monologue, getting my chores done, socializing with people I love, and being outside.

Other than housework I've been swimming 30 minutes every other day. And walking a mile on Saturdays with my sweetie.
